HR Manager/ Recruiter

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting IT professionals, with a proven track record of successfully filled positions.
• Understanding of the IT market, especially in marketing and affiliate marketing, is an advantage.
• Proficient in working with databases and processing candidate resumes.
• Excellent communication skills and responsibility, with an emphasis on self-organization.
• Eager to develop and improve recruiting skills.
• Intermediate level or higher in English is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Posting job vacancies on job portals and in Telegram chats/groups, selecting resumes, and organizing interviews for management and marketing specialists: media buyers, affiliate managers, and sales/account managers and others.
• Actively recruiting candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conducting initial interviews and transferring leads to the head of the appropriate department.
• Reporting on recruitment and staffing in the IT sector.
• Building a reserve pool of IT specialists.
