Qualifications and Skills:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Media Buyer (Facebook) in the Dating/Adult verticals
  2. Experience in adult/casual dating, with experience running traffic to PWA and iOS apps — optimization only for “Purchase.”
  3. Must have proven experience working on a CPS model.
  4. Experience managing budgets starting from $30K per month and above (Dating, Adult, or Nutra)
  5. Full understanding of Facebook traffic acquisition tools — links, PWA, WebView
  6. Understanding of sales funnels in the Dating niche
  7. Experience building sales funnels for Dating on Facebook

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting and achieving KPIs
  2. Close collaboration with the sales team, including setting tasks for adding offers and required conditions
  3. Developing PWA app designs or preparing clear technical briefs for designers to create PWAs
  4. Organizing retention processes, including sending push notifications to improve traffic quality from the advertiser’s side
  5. Testing new traffic acquisition approaches via chatbots, Telegram channels, and other non-standard funnels
  6. Market analysis to identify relevant connections and new traffic acquisition methodologies
