Affiliate Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 YEAR experience in affiliate management.
• Demonstrated success in driving REVENUE GROWTH through effective affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on using data for decision-making.
• Ability to forge and maintain robust relationships with affiliates.
• Good understanding of tracking processes and significant experience with at least one tracking software (Affise, Scaleo, etc)
• Full professional proficiency in ENGLISH.
• Experience in one of our key verticals is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the affiliate program, recruiting new affiliates, maintaining existing relationships, and boosting revenue growth.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Regularly provide standardized reports to the board.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including Integration, Design, and Sales.
• Develop strategies for the department's growth and direction.
